Birth Data Collection and Storage:

To receive astrological services provided by Aloha Astro, you must provide birth data information required to generate an astrological chart. This data is stored at Acuity Scheduling and Astrodienst. It is used solely for the purpose of astrological consultation and can be deleted at your verbal or written request after a consultation or service or computer generated, electronically delivered report is completed. If the data is deleted but you request repeat or further services, you will be asked to provide that data again. The storage of astrological charts for returning customers is a courtesy provided by Aloha Astro, for which Astrodiesnt charges Aloha Astro a storage fee. Often, chart comparisons involving another person requires that person’s partial or full birth data. Aloha Astro understands that you, the customer, have publicly found, or been given direct knowledge of the other person’s birth data and Aloha Astro will always use the anonymous name “Friend” along with the customer’s own last name for reference. Upon completion of the astrological service or report, the “Friend” chart will be deleted from any data bank. Should you, the customer, wish to purchase further astrological services requiring the “Friend” birth data, you will be asked to provide it again.
