Daily Horoscope: Moon Transiting Taurus, October 18, 2024
Moon transiting Taurus, Friday, October 18th, gives you the chance to reclaim a sense of calm and safety, and stabilize after the intensity of yesterday’s Full Moon, through some escapism, entertainment, indulgence in creature comforts, or in spending time with people or pets who love you unconditionally, as the moon forms a sextile aspect to Saturn in Pisces, and an opposition to Mercury in Scorpio, as Mercury forms a trine to Saturn. Have faith in yourself and trust your instincts when determining who to share your time, energy, or money with, or what to believe which you might hear today. The majority of the tension producing aspect of yesterday are still in effect, but you are more able to stand your ground, or temporarily ignore them, and the shift of Venus from Scorpio to Sagittarius alters the tone of the Grand Trine, Kite, and Castle aspect patterns it participates in from “all or nothing”, boundary defining, desire, and determination, to expansive, optimistic, friendly, and open minded. A Yod aspect pattern involving the sun in Libra, Uranus in Taurus, and Neptune in Pisces, and a Thor’s Hammer of the sun in Libra, Jupiter in Gemini, and Saturn in Pisces, both present an oddly paradoxical “hurry up and wait”, “do we or don’t we”, vibe concerning relationships, or may be suggesting that employing patience, rather than judgement, would be a good thing to do, while you – and others – are integrating the complicated emotions and subsequent changes of a Full Moon hangover. The existential question, “Who am I?”, may be lingering in the air. Remind yourself that you are love, through doing the simple things that generate feelings of love, and mostly, be kind to yourself.
