Moon transiting Leo, Monday, April 7th, activates a desire to break free from restrictions and routines to pursue pleasurable or recreational pursuits, which might be just what you need to feel better, but also has the possibility of negative consequences, depending on circumstances, as the moon forms a Minor Grand aspect pattern with Jupiter in Gemini and the sun in Aries conjunct Chiron in Aries, and a square aspect with Uranus in Taurus. Uranus – the planet of change and the unexpected – in a sensual earth sign, increases the urge to take risks with money or love as it receives support from Mars in Cancer, Pluto in Aquarius, and Saturn, Venus retrograde, Mercury (stationing direct today) and the North Node – all in Pisces – along with Neptune in Aries, through a Cradle aspect pattern. The shadowy aspects of Mars squaring the sun and Chiron, while opposing Pluto, and Jupiter squaring the Pisces planets hold the potential for multiple scenarios, including getting caught or getting away with it (but having to live with your conscience if your actions hurt others) if you are deliberately deceptive, cheating, lying by omission, or are insincere in expressing your feelings. There is also a chance that communicating repressed feelings to another will have an either/or effect ranging from indifference to an extreme reaction, which cannot be predicted in advance. You must know with 100% certainty that you can live with the possible repercussions of any words or actions that test a relationship or break rules before you go to extremes in following your heart or body. “When the cat’s away, the mice will play” attitude may be fun in the moment, but there is a 50/50 chance that anything said or done today will be too dramatic and have too much high energy around it to stay hidden or be easily forgotten or forgiven.
