Moon transiting Scorpio to Sagittarius, Sunday, January 7th, is no less emotionally intense and strange than the first two days of this month’s Scorpio lunar transit, but you can expect things to lighten up with a feeling of hope or positive anticipation early this evening as the moon shifts from the fixed water sign of Scorpio to the mutable fire sign of Sagittarius. World events, politically (wars), environmentally (climate change and natural disasters), and astronomically (solar storms), could be heightening the anxiety and stress level for many people, and as the moon opposes Uranus retrograde in Taurus, forms a Minor Grand Trine aspect pattern with Pluto in Capricorn and Neptune in Pisces, while squaring Saturn in Pisces, and the sun in Capricorn forms a trine to Uranus, there is a sense that higher powers on both the material and spiritual planes are shaking things up or are in a power struggle of their own. It is not easy to discern whether changes or upheaval are for better or worse when in the midst of a reorganization or shifting of power, in your personal life or the world, but there are aspects between planets right now which encourage looking to the realm of nature, spirit, or the dream state for guidance.
