Daily Horoscope: Moon Transiting Sagittarius, August 24, 2023

Moon transiting Sagittarius, Thursday, August 24th, delivers a restless and playful mood that may spark creativity and the courage to act on romantic impulse, but could also lead you to make poor choices, avoid work, or rationalize doing things which you know might have unwanted consequences, as the moon forms trine aspects with Venus retrograde in Leo, and Neptune retrograde in Pisces, as well as a mutable T-square aspect pattern with the sun in Virgo, and Saturn retrograde in Pisces, while the sun and Venus both square Jupiter conjunct Uranus in Taurus. As Mercury retrograde conjunct Mars in Virgo powers up a Grand Trine and Kite aspect pattern involving Jupiter, Uranus, Pluto, and Neptune, it sets a theme for this Mercury retrograde (which is in effect until September 15th) of “truth and consequences”. The mutable data collecting Mercury let loose amidst unpredictable growth and change, and manifesting power, makes this Mercury retrograde interesting and complicated, but potentially productive and enlightening. The “let’s try this and see what happens next” attitude is amplified by the Sagittarius moon, but I can’t tell you what the outcome will be – with Chiron in Aries quincunx to Mercury and Mars, and trine to Venus, you will have to see for yourself.
