Oppositions between the sun and Pluto, and the moon and Neptune, contained within the sextiles and trines of the Mystic Rectangle, as well as Saturn in Pisces opposing Mars in Virgo, and Venus retrograde in Leo, create tension between the faster moving personal planets of sun, moon, Mars, and Venus, and the slower moving transpersonal planets of Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune – which are all retrograde. Mundane issues and interests can take on a deeper meaning, undercurrents of emotions are strong, and ulterior motives could be tied to history, tradition, or longstanding attachment or belief.
