Daily Horoscope: Moon Transiting Leo, July 1, 2022
Moon transiting Leo, Friday, July 1st, brings a friendlier and more socially relaxed day – at least at first glance – as the moon forms a trine to Jupiter in Aries and a sextile to Venus in Gemini, but there is more than meets the eye today as the moon squares Uranus in Taurus and Mercury in Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces. Three separate sesquisquare aspects involving moon/Neptune, Venus/Pluto, and sun/Saturn all point to subconscious urges or an instinctual influence which could make it difficult for people to contain or behave themselves in a socially acceptable manner. The unpredictable and shocking side of Uranus could be seen in any social or group activities, while Uranus is square to both the moon in Leo and Saturn in Aquarius. Now that the adversarial cardinal T-square and emotionally intense New Moon energy has given way to the jovial and affectionate aspects of the moon, Jupiter, and Venus, it feels safer to act out or speak out, and it could be easier to seek forgiveness than to ask permission. “I just couldn’t help myself”, seems like a reasonable excuse, and people may laugh off minor transgressions, but Mars square to Pluto is still a volatile aspect with overtones of danger or drama, so it helps to consider limitations and repercussions before taking a risk. If you are feeling a desire to see what you can get away with, you will be sure to find some partners in crime who will be happy to join in. If you have to be the voice of authority, Saturn trine to Mercury, and Mars sextile to both Saturn and Mercury, gives you those “eyes in the back of your head” that can help you keep the creative troublemakers in your charge from doing too much damage. Parents of younger children – this is one of those days when your kid might do something so ridiculous or unbelievable that it becomes an often repeated family story in the future. PS – wear the proper safety gear for any physical activity today.
